What we're looking for

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build intuitive products for our care recipients, their families, our caregivers, and Hometeam employees. In this role, you will serve as product lead for several initiatives that will allow Hometeam to scale successfully and sustainably. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gain a deep understanding of our users and business goals, and implement product rollouts accordingly. The ideal candidate is an inquisitive, solutions-oriented team player with a passion for helping others through innovative product solutions. This is an opportunity to build solutions that will significantly enhance quality of life for our care recipients.


  • Develop product strategy, metrics, and roadmaps for multiple Hometeam applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand the goals of our end users and our business to deliver the right solutions
  • Manage rollout, communication and training for new product features and track adoption to ensure success
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our operations and the broader healthcare industry forces that impact our business
  • Deliver solutions for tracking the services we deliver from scheduling through to invoicing and payroll, ensuring the integrity of data throughout our systems
  • Continue to push the boundaries of what technology can do for senior care

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CS/development background a plus
  • 3+ years of product management or business analysis experience; ability to turn complex problems into simple and engaging user experiences for the web, mobile, and tablet
  • Experience working collaboratively with development and design teams, including writing requirements for development
  • Excellent quantitative, project management, and organizational skills
  • Passion for our mission of transforming professional caregiving and improving the aging experience for older adults
  • Experience with SQL and Looker is a plus
