Founder & CEO
Josh founded Hometeam when his family struggled to care for his 93-year-old grandfather. He believes that home care should go beyond the basics to provide a safe, reliable, and interactive service that creates happier days for seniors. Prior to Hometeam, Josh worked as an investor, operator, and engineer at companies like Bain Ventures, Bain & Co, and Yahoo.
Chief Operating Officer
Christine joined Hometeam with the goals of elevating the standard of care experienced by seniors and families, building meaningful careers for caregivers, and expanding Hometeam's reach across the US. Prior to Hometeam, Christine led operations at One Medical Group and other leading healthcare organizations.
Drew Schwartz is Hometeam's VP of Product, responsible for product strategy and the design of Hometeam's products and services. With over 20 years experience, Drew brings a deep understanding of customer and market research to create compelling product offerings, as well as experience in building consumer and enterprise product portfolios in a variety of industries. Before joining Hometeam, Drew was the VP of Product at ShopKeep and Gust. He also held leadership positions at TheLadders, Starwood Hotels and consulted for Fortune 500 companies in pharmaceutical, retail and online commerce.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Hometeam's Chief Marketing Officer, Andrew is responsible for capturing all of the brilliance and passion at Hometeam and manifesting that story to our future care recipients and healthcare partners. He is charged with elevating Hometeam's brand and growth strategies and cultivating a group of leaders across the spectrum of communications, acquisition and analytics. Prior to Hometeam, he established the brand at Pager as the EVP of sales and marketing. He has history in building successful ventures focused on brand and leveraging data/analytics serving Fortune 500 companies and was a core part of the executive team at Omnicom Media Group.
